Professional IT Support

  • Help desk support is provided through remote sessions and/or on-site visit, on issues opened by customers via email or telephone. Support will be provided on general computer issues, Microsoft Office, email, malware removal, application support, user account management, and much more. We have staff available after business hours for any late-night IT problems that may arise. In addition to help desk support we offer proactive and reactive monitoring of systems, networks and devices to ensure less downtime and more peace of mind.

Cloud Services

  • Desktop as a service (DaaS) - This service takes everything on your desktop and puts it on the cloud allowing you and your employees to access entire workstations from anywhere there is a computer and internet access. Installation, updates and maintenance of software are performed remotely which helps in keeping costs down. This is also a more easily scalable and customizable approach than the traditional non-cloud-based desktops.
